The introductions by Christopher Lee are not new, they date from the 1980s and are not episode specific. Decent package though and good value for money as it does contain all 39 half hour episodes.

I had quite a few VHS casettes with two or one of these TV shows on them, sometimes as extras, with some duplicates. Getting them all in one DVD set allowed me to clear quite a bit of shelf space.
